Ravi Shukla is a visionary educator and dynamic public intellectual whose work stands at the intersection of education, dialogue, culture, and nation-building. With over 14 years of academic experience and a strong foundation in Hindi literature and education, he has consistently demonstrated that meaningful communication can shape minds, influence society, and strengthen democracy.
A postgraduate in Hindi and a Bachelor of Education graduate, Ravi Shukla began his journey as a teacher but evolved into a mentor, playwright, motivational speaker, and institution builder. He is the author of two published works, Kudedan Mein Bachpan and Roll No. 18, which reflect his sensitivity toward social realities and youth consciousness. With more than 700 awards in debate, elocution, dramatics, and public speaking at national, state, and regional levels, he has been honoured as Best Speaker by the Governor and Home Minister of Maharashtra
and recognized nationally for excellence in drama writing and direction.
Having served at prestigious institutions including Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (Abu Dhabi, UAE), Delhi Public School (Nashik), Ecole Globale International Girls School (Dehradun) and Kasiga School (Dehradun), and Saraswat Central Public School (Nagpur), he has mentored students to become confident communicators, thinkers, and leaders. As a motivational trainer and life coach, and as a seasoned anchor of more than 400 programs, his influence extends far beyond the classroom.
TNB - भीड़ से अलग चलने का साहस
जब आपके पास पहले से एक बड़ा मंच होता है और आप उसका लाभ उठाकर आगे बढ़ते हैं, तो आगे बढ़ना अपेक्षाकृत आसान हो जाता है। लेकिन स्वयं से किसी पहल की शुरुआत करना और उसे स्थापित करना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य होता है। हर कदम पर असंख्य कठिनाइयाँ सामने आती हैं।फिर भी यह उतना ही सत्य है कि जो मंच आज बड़े और सशक्त दिखाई देते हैं, वे भी किसी न किसी दिन एक छोटे से विचार के रूप में ही शुरू हुए थे। उन्हें इस मुकाम तक पहुँचाने में जिन लोगों ने अपना पसीना बहाया, नींदें गंवाईं और अनेक प्रकार के समझौते किए, वे भले ही आज मंच पर न हों, लेकिन अपने प्रयासों से उस मंच को बड़ा बना गए।बस इसी सोच के साथ—कि कुछ बेहतर हो सके—यदि ईश्वर हमसे मेहनत करवा रहा है, तो उसका परिणाम कुछ न कुछ अवश्य निकलेगा। और यदि परिणाम वैसा न भी निकले, तब भी जीवन के अंतिम पड़ाव पर यह संतोष तो रहेगा कि हमने कुछ करने का प्रयास अवश्य किया।अधिकतर लोग भीड़ के साथ चलना पसंद करते हैं, लेकिन भीड़ से अलग रास्ता चुनना एक अलग तरह का पागलपन होता है। इसी पागलपन को स्वीकार करते हुए, अनेक समझौतों की नींव रखकर, कई चुनौतियों से लड़ने का साहस जुटाकर, एक दृढ़ सोच और जुनून के साथ The New Bharat – TNB का संचालन किया जा रहा है।अब इसे आगे बढ़ाने की जिम्मेदारी केवल मेरी नहीं, बल्कि आप सभी की भी उतनी ही है। कुछ नई योजनाओं और नए विचारों के साथ इस मंच को आगे ले जाने के लिए आप सभी का सहयोग अनिवार्य है। मैं आपसे यह वादा करता हूँ कि मेहनत और ईमानदारी के रास्ते से मैं कभी पीछे नहीं हटूँगा, लेकिन इस सफर में मुझे आप सभी के बिना शर्त सहयोग की नितांत आवश्यकता है।ताकि जब जीवन की अंतिम साँसें चल रही हों, तब यह संतोष रहे कि हमने भीड़ से अलग हटकर कुछ करने का साहस किया। आइए, मिलकर सहयोग करें और भीड़ से अलग चलने का आत्मविश्वास बनाए रखें।एक दिन हम सब पीछे मुड़कर देखेंगे कि कहाँ से शुरू किया था और आज The New Bharat – TNB कहाँ पहुँच गया है और तब, आमने-सामने बैठकर, सुकून भरे क्षणों में एक-एक कप चाय के साथ मुस्कुराते हुए कहेंगे— “यार, इतना भी मुश्किल नहीं था… हमने कर दिखाया।
